Magical place with amazing people. If you need some balance give yoga a try and this is the best place I've found in Santee.
Very small yoga studio, which has it's pros and cons. Teacher is able to give more correction, but I had an alright reaction to the essential oils used so I only attended one class.

We love Adriana. She is a fantastic girl and teacher. She teaches all disciplines and has a broad schedule. Every body can find a class perfect for them.
I love Every Body yoga studio. It's a rare kind of hidden gem in Santee. I've been practicing yoga on and off for about 16 years, and this time I think I'll stick with it. This studio is small and comfortable. Adriana's prices are also very affordable. Every class is different and all of the instructors are wonderful (though I'm partial to Adriana and Cheri). I work out quite a bit on my own, so I tend to stick with the yin yoga classes but all of the classes are great and a lot of fun!
Adriana is an amazing instructor. She challenges you physically while being spiritually comforting. I only wish she had classes every hour.
