This is an excellent gym in every way - spotlessly clean, filled with lots of equipment so you never get bored, and, most important, a community of friendly and supportive members and great trainers. LP, Jenna, and Jackie are tough and also caring. Their hearts are definitely in their work and you can be assured of a challenging workout. I've been training 1-1 with LP twice a week for the past year and I can honestly say I'm the strongest I've ever been in my 78 years.No workout is ever the same and

LP Fitness is a great place to connect with a supportive community to help you reach your goals. I have been meeting with LP for personal coaching for almost a year. The classes are always different and I appreciate the effort the staff makes to keep it fun! Ive leaned so much about fitness and nutrition. They really care about your health and success!
I was given a 6 month membership as a Christmas present over 15 years ago and that's when I experienced my first Chizzled class with motivational Coach LP.
I had the most high, positive energy fun!! The classes are always different and challenging! I've continued with the fitness-community/family team since then. I work out with fun, awesome and athletic individuals who I look forward to seeing there.

I absolutely love training at LP Fitness Playground! ...for years I was very dedicated and disciplined in my fitness, but then life changes threw me off my rhythm. I then spent a long time looking for a place where I could get back to my disciplined and active lifestyle, bouncing from one gym to another until I serendipitously found LP Fitness Playground. Coach LP has the energy, the enthusiasm, the kindness, and the inspiration factor that I felt I needed, while at the same time inviting me to challenge myself to the nth degree! ...I still have a way to go to achieve my goal of endurance, but day by day I thrive and feel ever more closer to my goals... I am forever grateful for finding LP Fitness, and the PHENOMENAL team of coaches (Jackie, Jenna, Mayra) that share Coach LP's vision. The classes are AWESOME, the playground is always clean and well maintained, and the entire community of athletes who come here are motivating and amazing in their own ways!
We moved to Santa Rosa in 2016 and for 2 years, I tried out various classes, studios, gyms and personal training without seeing results or being motivated. I read online reviews for Team LP Fitness Playground and gave it a try. The training sessions are challenging and dynamic. Coach LP puts his heart and soul into each workout which is why he has a long-standing following. Coaches Jenna and Jackie are also fabulous motivators. Coach LP has cultivated a community of some of the nicest, most fun and supportive people you'll meet. I've lost 20 lbs since I joined and I always want to give my best effort when I am training. To say this is the best workout community in Santa Rosa would be selling it short . Coach LP and team are "the best of the best." If you want to get results and be a part of a great fitness-minded community, Team LP Fitness Playground is the place to be. So what are you waiting for?

i have been a member at Team LP Fitness for a little over a year now and i must say that i am in the best shape of my life. i have had memberships to several other gyms in this county and this is the only one that has kept me motivated to come back 5-6 days a week. i love it! i love the team members, the equipment and the cleanliness of the place. you will not find motivation from staff like this anywhere else. i can't imagine what it would be like to go anywhere else now! sorry LP, you're stuck with me! ;-) - Amanda
I was introduced to LP with 3 of my co-workers as the work was nearing the end on his new space on Farmers last year and we went to go check out the progress. It so happened that I was looking for a new place to workout as I was tired of the snobby attitude at the local golf course athletic club I was paying for. Instantly, when I met LP, I knew...he had a vision of what he wanted his space to be. The vision he explained far exceeded my expectations. Everytime I walk in looking haggard in the morning, I am greeted by my name by LP or one of his A-CEO's who are nicer than nice! Everyone else working out is also always friendly. There is not a pretentious bone in there. Everyone is there to do their work and actually seem to have fun sweating away. People are smiling and even sometimes dancing during a workout. LP always has his eye on everyone and even when he is doing his personal training, he will offer a helpful tip to you during your own workout. It is an overall good feeling, place and positive energy surrounds it. LP has changed my perception of working out and how fun it can be! Even when I don't want to workout, just the fact of knowing that I will have a smile at the door motivates me to get there! Thank you my friend LP!
