Watta has something for everyone. No matter your activity level, she will gently guide, encourage and challenge you. Her classic training in Pilates is extensive and she can modify anything. And before you know it, you are stronger than you ever thought possible. Thanks Watta, you have changed my life.

Watta is gentle and yet can kick my butt! She is so good at encouraging me to push just a little more and then suddenly it's over and we are on to the next exercise. She can focus on a particular area of interest (e.g. arms) and give you exercises to do at home or she can just take charge and exercise everything.

I've sent my mom her direction as well and she's super good with seniors and people who have lower energy levels.

Definitely give her a try if you are looking for a personal pilates trainer. Her classes are also good.
