Nice place, lots of machines, weights, stations. It's month to month, so you don't have to sign for a year. And they have an excellent senior discounted rate.
Open 24 hours a day and have any/every machine you need to get in a complete workout. The owner is very nice and had a lot of great advice to give.
They offer 2 free sessions with a personal trainer and have what looks to be a very fun and exciting class with a world-renowned personal trainer.
Although I love that it is not packed here, I would absolutely recommend getting a membership here.

Really nice local gym fairly small doesnt have lockerooms but has a shower and bathroom and water refiller and vendingmachine
Love this gym! Small enough to not be intimidating, yet big enough to not feel like you are going to bump elbows with your "neighbor".
Pricing is fair, especially because you are able to use any other ATF after the first 30 days of membership, you get a free training session and all the classes are free! Location is great and in a little bit of a tucked back area. Nice selection of machines, free weights and a decent sized classroom that is accessible to members when classes aren't in session.
Overall this gym is great. The selection is great. The employees/trainers are friendly and welcoming. 24 hour access and access to multiple locations.
Staying in town to visit family and had to find a Gym came across this anytime because of the hrs (24/7). Stephanie the manager was awesome.

4-stars plus - great staff, the kit is ok but they should look at upgrading the bikes and benches in the weight's area - other than that I have been a member since it opened here and before so all good really.

Equipment is heavily worn and poorly maintenanced. Treadmills are dirty and the T.V's are always broken. I give two stars for a good lay out and selection of equipment.

It's a small location but it has everything you need for a workout. Cleanliness is very important and the staff do a great job of maintaining it! Since it is small try to go mid-afternoon to avoid the crowd.

To me what contributes to a good gym are the employees in it and this is a good gym. Stephanie signed me up making sure I got the best deal possible. Super friendly all around and that creates a good gym environment. Machines and equipment are a little worn compared to the brand new ones, but still work without a problem. Good place. Everyone does their own thing so it makes working out easy. I'll be back !
Very good gym. Trustworthy people. I road with a friend and ended up forgetting my car keys at the gym. 18 hours later I realized I did not have them on my way to work and just so happened they were still in my cubby from the day before. It's nice to know your surrounded by good people.
