Great place, great people, great classes. I especially like the hot pilates class. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.
I really love the Friday nights happy hour $8 hot yoga classes. Its such a great way to start out a weekend. love the teacher Erin shes really calming and does all the poses with us with I always really appreciate in teachers. shes also reminds me of a collapsible chair in the best way lol this women is incredibly flexible and its so inspiring to watch.
Great people with very positive attitudes. When I have asked for help I always receive constructive, effective advice. I feel amazing after every class and I have had fantastic results. I am extremely happy with SR Bikram and plan to keep on going!

Very disappointed in this place ... walked in right at 6:30 pm and was denied because they are very strick on coming in before official start time. I am new to the area and was so discouraged as me and boyfriend were looking for a new yoga place to attend regularly and had a hard time finding the location . I think the biggest reason for giving this place a one star is The employees dint offer anything complimentary to try to get me to come back either .

This place is amazing! Hit a 6:30am Bikram class while I was in town for work. I was welcomed and respected. The studio is set up beautifully, I sweated like crazy, and left feeling amazing.

I have lived in santa rosa only for a year and have tried many yoga studios. This is the first one that offers all heated classes. I have been to 5 classes now and have enjoyed all of the instructors, flow and fellow classmates. It's a great atmosphere and I am happy to have found you all!
Such a friendly and welcoming studio. Really like and appreciate the skill and different styles of all of the teachers, and that you keep a very full and regular schedule of classes.
The staff at the studio are all very friendly and well trained. The classes really are designed for anyone at all fitness levels. The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone's motivation makes you want to go back to your next class! The room is clean and it's nice that the schedule has been modified in a way that is accommodating for everyone to get a workout in, especially people who work late or commute.
You are all professional, friendly and supportive. I'll be back!

The facility, classes and instructors are perfectly accommodating to my needs. A clean & serene yet energizing environment with friendly, encouraging and talented staff. I feel SO good every time I step out of the door. Attending class at the Bikram studio is a true gift to myself.
This studio may not be the biggest and most modern hot yoga studio such as Hot 8 Yoga in Beverly Hills & Santa Monica, but it is the best Bikram studio in my matrix. I just moved back to Northern CA from LA. I discovered Bikram Yoga Santa Rosa because it is much closer to where I live than Petaluma Yoga Hell where I used to go when I lived in Petaluma. So far I have attended 2 Bikram classes and 1 Inferno Pilates. Three teachers all A PLUS ALL STARS. The men's room in clean with two showers that work well. The bathrooms are also clean. And the studio heat is more than adequate. Bottom line, if you can get to this studio to experience Bikram or Pilates, you will be glad you did. Thank you Rebecca for your commitment to your students healthy mind, body & spirit.

Kind, helpful and experienced staff is really the highlight. Clean, spacious room and facility! Highly recommend to beginners and yogis alike!
