I felt great after. Energized would be a good way to put it. Also after having ACL surgery a year ago, I would wake up with knee ache and stiffness. After my session I would get out of bed in the morning and feel great. I need to get back for another session. Can't wait for the Mobil unit to come to Ukiah.

I highly recommend trying Cryotherapy, but especially here because the staff is extremely knowledgeable and nice. I thought Cryo was only accessible to celebs and athletes, but it's awesome to know l can enjoy the health and beauty benefits right here in Sonoma County.

The Deep Blue Cryotherapy is amazing, I used to ice bath for soccer at the Junior College and it's so much better than that. Never touching an ice bath again. You feel completely and utterly rejuvenated after it, it's incredible.
