I had my first workout with Ray today, and I brought a friend. Ray changed up our workouts according to our individual strengths and weaknesses, modifying on the fly and being super positive and fun throughout. We got a great workout, had a good time and learned some really helpful techniques. I'd recommend Ray to anyone looking to get healthy, including people who feel self-conscious about their current fitness levels or who haven't ever set foot in a gym. He's very knowledgeable, kind, and not scary. Thanks, Ray!
