I have been working out with Sid for two years now. He is extremely knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition, which allows him to customize my exercise and diet programs to meet my needs. I do personal training with Sid, as well as participate in his group classes. He keeps his group classes small so that he is able to help you with correct form and posture for an optimal workout. I have become stronger and gained much better stability. I would highly recommend Sid as trainer for people that are in great shape or wanting to get back into shape.
