I've gone to two classes so far - both wonderful. The class with Harper was restorative and calming. I love the space and the warm vibe.
It's laid-back and, depending on the teacher, even more laid-back and awesome! My class with Amber was freeing and deeper, as she discussed other aspects of the self and played dramatic music in a sacral chakra-focused class. I'd never taken a class like that before. Going back for another Amber class tonight :)
