Workouts are short, super effective and different each time, so it never gets boring. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and they take each trainers individual needs into account which creates a great and caring atmosphere. Warmly recommended!

I love Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp. It's a place that makes you feel welcomed and well cared for. Daniel really emphasizes the correct forms to avoid injury, answers all questions you may have with patience regarding nutrition and exercise. He gives personal attention to each person who requires it. Every workout offers something different so it's never boring. For those of us with physical limitations or who aren't quite there yet, Daniel always offers alternative motions that will work with you.

Since starting 6 weeks ago, attending 3 to 4 times a week, I've felt better, stronger, and healthier. Not everybody progresses at the same rate but everybody shows up, sweats their little booties off, and leaves with a smile on their face. This place and its trainers challenge us to be better, to do better, holding us accountable for our own health. Make no mistake, YOU must do the work but Daniel makes it easy with the regular check-ins and the positive reinforcements. Best 30 minutes to start off my day. I highly recommend Santa Monica FBBC.

I started a six-week challenge at Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp back in April - going in with curiosity and, I'll admit, a bit of skepticism. Don't get me wrong: Daniel, who runs the camp, is very clear about what you can expect and how to get there.

For me, the goal was a loss of 5% body fat in 6 weeks - and the way to get there was training a minimum of 3 times a week as well as adhering to a strict (but feasible) nutrition plan. The training and nutrition is clearly laid out, documented and easy to follow. As the six weeks unfold, there are a lot of 'constants' I grew to expect and appreciate:
- Daniel (and Sarah) are excellent coaches, or rather: mentors. Even when a class is busy, there is attention to detail: Form, motivation, etc.
- Individual attention: If you have any injury or problem area, Daniel will find a modified workout to work around or with that issue, with the goal of accommodating and eventually eliminating that issue.
- Daniel will keep tabs on you, in a good way: Weekly check-ins, review of your nutrition tracking, adjustments as needed, etc.
- Importantly: Any questions will be answered.

It's all very motivating, there is a positive vibe in the room and Daniel / Sarah will make sure you leave with a smile on your face - even when you just pushed yourself to the limit.
I saw progress on a weekly basis, got more energy, and got to a point where I was not happy when I missed a workout. The positive reinforcement and the crew holding you accountable are a great combination.

It feels personal and customized, because it is.

Bottom line: The crew is genuinely interested in helping everyone to become better, healthier and happier version of themselves. A major reason is that there is a holistic approach -- mind & body.

What more can you ask for?

With positive reinforcements throughout each workout, I was able to believe in myself more than ever before. I noticed not only a physical change but a mental change as well. I can't say enough positive comments about Fit Body Bootcamp. I have worked out since I was a teenager. This workout is amazing and very efficient! In 25 minutes I am worked. With my busy schedule this works perfectly. Daniel and his staff are very motivating and empowering and I'm seeing super results already after only 3 weeks. Come here if you're ready to transform!!!

I can't say enough positive comments about Fit Body Bootcamp. I have worked out since I was a teenager. This workout is amazing and very efficient! In 25 minutes I am worked. I cannot say enough positive things about Fit Body Santa Monica! I started here in May 2017, 6 months after having my second baby. Daniel and his team not only helped me lose the baby weight, but I gained back so much strength that I had lost, and much, much more. I am the strongest I have ever been in my entire life now at 37 years old and 2 kids! More than anything, Daniel and his team foster a true family environment- you never feel as though you are competing against anyone. Being better than YOU were the day before is the only goal. And the workouts truly keep you coming back for more. I never would have thought I could become addicted to a workout program, but I really have with Fit Body. I can't imagine my life without it, as crazy as that sounds : ) If you are looking for a fitness routine that fits into your schedule (30 min workouts!) AND gets results, give Fit Body a try!

I love working out in this place. Daniel doesn't allow me to give it up. He constantly check on you and make sure your form is correct to avoid any kind of injury. Even if sometime he is so tough, he makes sure at the end of each class to encourage all of us.
He taught me about nutrition and he always give us tips in person and on facebook about food. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

I finally found a workout routine that gives me great results, is quick & convenient, and also fun! Since joining with Daniel at FBBC a few months ago, I have lost 8% body fat, and gained 5% muscle!! Daniel is very knowledgeable on not only working out (form, how not to injure yourself, how to build muscle, etc.) but also with nutrition and overall health. He works with everyone individually, targeting their specific needs. I absolutely love Santa Monica FBBC!!

SM Fit Body Boot Camp is great. More than just a fantastic full-body workout, Daniel and Sarah are attentive trainers who help you perfect every rep en route to reaching your fitness goals. When you sign up, it doesn't feel like any old gym; you feel part to a fun community of likeminded, motivated souls.

I've always been too lazy and too cheap to sign up for a gym. After my last birthday, I had a wake-up call. I wasn't satisfied with my image and I knew I needed to do something about it. I was overwhelmed with the number of gyms available in LA, but I knew I didn't want to sign up for LA Fitness or 24-Hour because I knew I needed direction. I was hesitant about signing up for Fit Body Boot Camp, but I saw from the website offers that I could try a week of classes for free, so I really didn't have anything to lose by trying it. I am so, so glad I did!

I was intimidated at first. There is a sign in the studio that reads "I'm not bossy, I'm motivational," which truly speaks to Daniel's method of teaching. He isn't bossy, nor is he mean. He truly cares about his students and motivates us to become a better (stronger) version of ourselves. He observes us to measure our progress, and understands what we can handle and where we need to push ourselves. He and Sarah are incredibly positive, and always encourage us throughout the class. They also observe our form throughout our sets to make sure we're doing them correctly, so we don't hurt ourselves and we get the most out of our workout. They are patient in explaining our sets (no matter how many times I get it wrong!). They make sure we stretch after every workout, so we don't hurt the next day, changes up the routines every day, so we never get bored, and they have great playlists to keep you pumped throughout your 6am workout.

I feel like the studio has a lot of great students, too. We're all on different places of the fitness spectrum, but it's a fun and positive community of students supporting each other - not judging each other.

I never, ever thought that I would enjoy exercising or be the type of person who wakes up at 5, 6, 7am to go to the gym to work out. I even get up at 8am on Saturdays to make sure I get my full body workout class (my favorite of the week!). Even when I walk in there, low on energy, I somehow find myself pushing through every workout and finishing the class, feeling accomplished.

I'm so glad I gave SMFBBC a chance because it has completely changed my lifestyle. I feel happier, more energetic, and more confident in my own skin. I never thought exercise could do this for me. What's more, I am no longer obsessed with trying to "lose weight." I went from not being able to do knee push-ups to doing (assisted) pull ups! I've gotten stronger in almost two months, and my fitness goals have changed to something more tangible. Hopefully, one day, I'll be able to join my classmates doing handstands on the walls.

I love patronizing small businesses, and Daniel has been running this studio for over a year. The trainers know what they're talking about, and are always available. If you ever go out of town, you can ask to visit a FBBC in another city so you don't miss out on workout days.

Here's the weekly schedule:

Mondays: Legs
Tuesdays: Upper Body
Wednesdays: Full Body Circuit (Intensive)
Thursdays: Upper Body
Fridays: Legs
Saturdays: Full Body
Every other Sunday: Flexibility and Nutrition Classes

There are classes early in the morning and at night, to accommodate all work/school schedules. He advises us to work out 3-4 times a week, and offers flexibility and nutrition classes every other Sunday.

If you have any questions, call and leave a message or come by the studio. Daniel and Sarah are very friendly, informative, and approachable. The fees are reasonable, especially when you put it into the perspective that you're investing in your health. There's a one-week free trial waiting for you, so why not give it a shot?

I joined Santa Monica Fit Body Boot Camp 4 months ago and have seen amazing results already. My favorite class in the 6 AM morning workouts with Daniel. He customizes the workout based on your level of fitness, it is not intimidating at all. He pushes you to do your best while educating you about nutrition and healthy eating habits/ recipes. I highly recommend joining!

This gym is fantastic. It's definitely a great place if you want to change your life. The workouts are only 30 minutes but very effective. They are ideal for our everyday busy schedules. Daniel is a great coach. He customizes you to your fitness level and also teaches you about proper nutrition.

Tiny space but mighty and actually has a perfect flow for workout even when the class is at max. Plenty of space and lots of gym toys! (fun stuff) I've been at it for a year now and wouldnt ever look back! WORTH EVERY PENNY and truly life changing!
