My birthday massage was very rejuvenating and it made the rainy day extra special!
Doctor Rothman has been a wizard in diagnosing the issues i was having with my foot, back, and knee. I had been to about 5 different wellness type centers over the past 2 years before Vitality, and they all recommended the same thing which was stretches and exercises. After 20 minutes of talking to Doctor Rothman and doing some tests he was able to diagnose my issues and help me get immediate relief. He is a very knowledgeable professional on the human body, and everything he said related to my condition. It was pretty amazing to be honest.
He takes a very consultative approach, and you can tell he has a vested interest in each one of his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone i know, including family members.
It's a pleasant space with a friendly staff. I made the mistake of arriving late, but they still accommodated me and gave me great service for my massage. The only, but major, downside is the parking situation which is a mix of competitive metered street parking and an expensive lot.

This place is FANTASTIC! I got off a long plane flight with a very sore back and I really needed some help. It's always daunting going to the doctor in a foreign country, but right from when I made the phone call I knew this was the right place to go. All the staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. And I can't say enough about Dr Rothman. He really knows his stuff and has all the latest equipment. His jokes could do with some work ... but he did manage to get me to laugh through the pain. I can't recommend Vitality Health Centre highly enough! Thanks to them I was able to enjoy my holiday.
I went here today with a Groupon gift from my co-worker. I enjoyed an upper body massage with Roy. He seems to be very knowledgeable in his field. He explained to me the possible roots of the pains I'm experiencing in my body and gave me some advice on how to overcome them. He was also very chatty. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole session.
I had a bit of trouble finding the place though because there's no sign outside the building. If you're coming in, it's in the building between 76 gas station and Cava. I parked right in front but they told me there's supposed to spaces at the back of the building.
Regardless, they were all very nice to me when I was there. I'm hoping to come back!
