Great workouts
LOVE LOVE this gym!! I kept saying for a long time I wanted to start boxing and taking my fitness to a new level. I did kickboxing years ago and that was the best in shape I have ever been in. Walk in the door and the beautiful Nicole makes you feel welcome and the place immediately becomes less intimidating. My intro session was with Leyon; he is a beast and the best at getting you started and making you feel comfortable at the gym, like you belong there. Warning: his Boom sessions are brutal! I personally like brutal; that's how you get shredded and strong mentally. David mixes it up with some kickboxing if you ask him to and ,damn, THAT is a workout for the ages!! My abs and hip flexors are on fire as we speak. Dustin, Karl, CJ...pow pow...there tends to be a waitlist for these guys for a reason. They are the seasoned vets of the place. Chris Camacho for blitz is your go-to for ruthless personal training; so what if you're sharing him with 3 others, good lucking getting away with doing anything technically wrong or slacking. He will make you pay in pounds of sweat. If I could get to this gym everyday of the week I would; THAT is how much I love it there.
Note: You can rent boxing gloves there, but you'll need your own if you decide to keep going regularly. Showers...equipped with everything you need in case you have no time to go home to shower before work or your dinner date after. Did I mention that I LOVE this place?
