Best pilates studio in town!. So glad i found Pilates Studio 1007. Love the body conditioning method and love my instructor . My lower back condition has improved tremendously.
I have been going to this studio for over a year and it's been incredible. The teaching is classical and specific to your goals and you will see results and feel so much better. Every time is different and exciting and there are always more challenges for your body. They have the best equipment, not the flimsy stuff you see in "pilates" classes in Santa Monica. They only do privates which means you will get the best training and continue to see improvements, instead of just going through the motions and probably doing the moves wrong like you would in a class. The trainers are friendly and effective, I look forward to seeing them at the studio every session, it's very welcoming and I always leave feeling WAY better than I entered. I highly recommend this studio!
Best true classical pilates instruction! Highly recommend for any level. Have been going 3 to 4 times a week for well over 2 years. The instructors are excellent. The private-only training allows them to focus on your specific needs and progression. I cannot believe how much I have accomplished since I started!
