Positive vibes all around at this place. Best 50 minute work out. Dynamic, challenging, and creative at each session. Good music.

High energy, intense and helpful trainers. Double ops has a true community feel and an awesome HIIT exercise program. Go at your own pace or go ham and feed off everyone's energy and the music. I look forward to every class. Give it a try, I can guarantee you'll leave feeling like a million $$!

It's not boot camp and it's not CrossFit, but damn you'll be feeling this place and in places you didn't know you had. I started at Double Ops with a Groupon and after a solid month of high-energy workouts, I was hooked. The facility is super clean and high-tech with all of the workouts listed on TVs.

Ryan, Jordan, Katy, and Dusty are all extremely engaging and positive instructors who push you hard, but makes sure you're doing the exercise safely. I've never been a "gym person" but I've really loved this environment here!

Can't get enough of this place! High intensity workouts that keep you moving without getting bored. Excellent trainers who push you to perform at your highest level. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a fun, fast paced, effective workout.

I absolutely love everything about this place! The workouts are awesome and HIIT based, and the instructors are super helpful. If you're new they'll spend extra time to help you with the movements and your form. Not only that, but the facility and equipment is nice and new. Plus, every class I've been to has killer music that helps motivate you to work a little harder. This place has become my second home, I find myself there M-F and always excited for the next class since they constantly change it up.

I am so thrilled to say that I finally found a work out routine that I can commit to. I joined a little over a month ago, and not only do I see the results physically, I feel like a different person. After years of using injuries and time management as an excuse to skip the gym, Double Ops has motivated me to get back to my old athletic ways. Chris and his team are so welcoming and immediately get you moving when you walk in the door. You don't even have time to hesitate, just dive right in and get sweating and it's over before you give it a second thought. Classes are always filled with people who are motivated to be there, no matter how tough the workout, which is such a great testament to the program and the people that run it. I love the variety in the classes, and my favorites are Juggernauts, Silverbacks, and the new Basic Training class (among the classics like Boiler Room). My old injuries bother me less and less, and I have energy, strength, and stamina that I haven't had in years. Thanks for getting me back in the saddle! So excited to see the growth in this studio and the programming to come!
