I'm a former high school and college football player, and I thought I'd seen every kind of fitness regimen and health center in the world. This place takes it to another level, one that I never knew existed. I went by to take a look on the reccomendation of a friend who'd been there. I figured I'd stay for 10 minutes or so, ended up hanging around for three hours, because there is that much to experience, all of which I'd never experienced before. It's tough for someone like me to describe, it really has to be experienced. Your body will do things you never thought it could possibly do, which in turn is great for the mind and soul. But here's the money shot-the staff. I've belonged to health clubs all over the country, and not one of them had a staff that made me both look forward to coming in to work out, as well as believe in myself on a level I never have before. As they continually motivate you to bring out your best, they really make you feel like they are gaining and growing with you, as if your achievement is as vital to them as it is to you, maybe even more. It's a real family atmoshere, which is what sets it apart from everything else, at least for me. They really take you inside here and make you a part of the team, like pieces of a puzzle. Unfortunately I am only in Los Angeles for one week on business, but I am strongly considering taking some time off in the spring and moving out here for a couple of months and basically "living" at ESP so I can live the second half of my 30's and beyond the way these guys made me believe that I can. I always hated going to the gym, even when I was playing ball. But I can't wait to go back to ESP. It just bleeds health and happiness. You feel it just walking through the door, believe me. I'd worked a long day and was exhausted before I walked in. Five minutes later, I was ready for a marathon. This place is magnificent. I'll miss it when I leave town...but I am definitely coming back for it. It's that groundbreaking for me.

I felt at peace the moment I stepped into this amazing space! The equipement is state of the art and the instructors are perfection. I love working out in beautiful spaces and ESP Wellness is always at the top of my list! They have everything you need, including an incredible sauna, is a private motivating space. I live in San Francisco and work in LA, I now arrange my flights so I can get an ESP Wellness workout in everytime I am in town! I send everyone I know to work out with Erika, Parvati, and the other amazing instructors- my girlfriends can't get enough!!!

If you want to get bored running on a treadmill and lifting the same standard weights in a cookie-cutter gym, then have at it. But if you want to truly change your body, health, mind and spirit for the better, ESP is where you need to go. Erika, Parvati and Dennis are not about simply boosting your cardio and giving you some muscle. They've created the kind of environment where they shape their classes and instruction to your individual fitness levels, goals and health so you get the maximum benefit of every second you spend with them.

More than that, though, they've created an environment where you have way more fun than you'd ever experience in a gym and leave you feeling not only better about your body, but better about yourself. Their facilities are always clean, always immaculate and always inviting. Their classes are always invigorating and leave your body exhausted and still wanting more. And Erika, Parvati and Dennis go out of their way to keep a smile on your face while they're giving you the workout you need. This is a place that cares about who you want to be, outside and inside, and will work as hard as you to make it happen. Can't think of a better place I've ever been to. Can't recommend them enough.

ESP Wellness is the perfect place to get a personalized experience that focuses on exactly you want to get out of a workout. So far I've done boxing with Parvati and Pilates with Erika. Both are amazing. Parvati does a great job making the boxing a hard core but super fun workout. I think I usually sweat off about five pound each class. But she also knows exactly what she's talking about so you get some great boxing technique too if that's something that interests you. Erika has also made me a total Pilates convert. In addition to wanting to get more flexible and toned, I asked Erika if she could improve my posture, and after one class I was already naturally standing up straighter. She's great at tailoring the exercises to your body and exactly what it needs. The space is gorgeous and the whole place strikes a really unique balance of being friendly and fun, but also makes you feel like you're pampering yourself and getting a pretty exclusive experience. I can't wait to go back!

Incredible workouts in a seriously beautiful place. One of the best parts about ESP is the instructors. They are intuitive, knowledgeable and they really care. They don't just work you out and send you on your way. They really get to know you, your body, and what you need. Until ESP, I never really had one-on-one guidance in my workouts. Just a few weeks after starting classes there, I've learned that it's not about how many reps you do- it's about doing the movements the right way to really tap into your core and build strength. So far, I've tried the TRX suspension class, Pilates, yoga and boxing and have loved them all!!! Five stars!
