Amazing gym for bodybuilders. Love the atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Owner was very welcoming. Looking forward to working out here again
I come in town for customer meetings several times a year and come here for my workouts for the week. The staff is great, the price is affordable, and the equipment is sufficient for my workouts. Great small city gym!
Such a welcoming gym! Came to visit from out of town and was immediately welcomed by a staff member with a smile. Great wide open floor plan and some epic glute machines! Felt like family the minute we walked in. Thank you Santa Cruz Power Fitness for making our experience amazing.
The Mecca of Santa Cruz. I have trained at many gyms and Power Fitness is one of the best. A destination gym where you get the best workouts.
It's convenient but that's about it. Every time they make changes it's for the worse. I wish they'd listen to feedback from the people who have been here the longest. And yes, Moe (and the classes) are the best things about the place.

I mistakenly went to the incorrect bathroom and found a guy called Francos f..king a dye-blonde woman. I know his name because she would repeat it so many times. Disgusting. I am never coming back.

I love this gym. Clean, modern, and friendly with a great casual atmosphere with rad group classes. I am addicted to the step classes! So fun!
This is a great gym! The Worldanz classes are fantastic. I love how the classes are in a more private room in the back -- never feel on display like at the Fishbowl (24-Hour Fitness). Generally clean with everything you need to get and stay in tip-top shape. I found them really clear about the membership terms, and everyone has been friendly and helpful.
Signed up for the 7 day free trial online, when I arrived I was told I couldn't use it as I'm not from the local area (from the UK, living in Santa Cruz) and had to pay to use the gym. The website is very misleading as it does not mention this at all anywhere. It would of been a lot easier if this was stated on the website then I wouldn't of wasted my time going there, not to mention the staff member at the front desk was very rude and agressive, to the point where I didn't feel very welcome there. Shame as I was considering joining, but now I won't be, first and last time I will visit this gym sadly.
