Current member. Going to have to agree with all the other 1star reviews in regards to customer service. Staff is rude and management clearly doesnt care. Sat down in the managers office to voice my concerns and she actually got up and left the conversation to go and make some visitors walking by her office sign up for memberships. I mean if that doesnt prove that money is more important than customer service, idk what does. Billing issues are frequent. Was charged an "annual fee" on my 2nd month. Also I was never told about any sort of a contract, so how are you already charging me an "annual fee?" Tina at the front desk is the only reason I still come, she is the only one who truly seems to care. You go Tina!
Update 1/4/2020: turns out without discussion I was enrolled into a 2 year $900 contract. PEOPLE PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL BLANKS ARE FILLED AND ASK TO HAVE IT EXPLAINED IN DETAIL BEFORE SIGNING. I would have NEVER SIGNED had I known it was a 2 year deal. You can cancel, but you are obligated to pay the remaining portion of your contract. Not worth $700 to leave now. But knowing I'm contributing $900 PLUS maintenance fees, can you guys buy new mirrors instead of simply duct taping the shattered mirrors? Place needs a serious update.
