I have been training with Beth for the past two months, both private and semi-private sessions. The private sessions are great, but semi-privates are just as good and a little more affordable. I cannot say enough good things about Beth. I have been in the gym atmosphere for over twenty-five years and I have witnessed a lot of trainers, and Beth, is by far the best! She will design a safe, effective and creative workout based on your individual goals and needs. If you have an injury, she will work around your injury. Once you have mastered a set of exercises, you will progress safely to more and challenging exercises. Beth is extremely educated in the field of fitness and nutrition and has your best interest at heart. If you are looking for a personal trainer that is focused on you, fun and motivating, I would highly recommend Beth!
