Frankie & Team are an incredible resource for my physical health... I have never felt better! I'm definitely in the best shape of my life even better than when I was in the Military. The group training he offers was easy to just jump right in, It wasn't long before I began to achieve my personal health goals. It is truly a complete training system that will help you look and feel amazing!

What makes Frankie a great trainer is his total focus on his client and his attention to the client's form and execution.
Two other things about Frankie that stand out for me are that Frankie prepared a personalized, weekly nutrition regimen for me, and he also prepared a personalized workout for me to use when I am out of town.
Partly due to my workouts with Frankie, I was able to participate in my first Triathlon at age 49, and to finish in a respectable time.
I would gladly recommend Frankie as a Personal Trainer.

Better Golf! I have worked with Frankie for many years. Our focus has been overall fitness. Recently, Frankie suggested that he thought he could help me improve my golf game by concentrating our focus on certain specific work during our training sessions. We zeroed in on incremental core strength, flexibility, and nutrition. After several months, the improvement in my fitness, flexibility, and general sense of well being is incredible. And, at age 67, I am playing the best golf of my life. Frankie is the ultimate professional and I recommend him highly.
