Paige is great trainer! She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging! Paige was able to give me works that fit my likes and strengths as well as challenging workouts that I haven't done before. In addition to workouts, Paige also wrote me a wonderful meal plan that introduced me to foods for a healthy lifestyle. Would highly recommend!

Paige is AMAZING!!!!! she is so knowledgable and professional when it comes to health and fitness, and is so hard working with her clients. She went above and beyond with creating my meal plan and I was so happy i did myself the favor by allowing her to take full reign on my nutrition. I feel so much healthier and energetic and never feel too hungry or too full. the best part was stepping on the scale and seeing that extra 2 lb weight loss that first week! this is not a "one size fits all" kind of meal plan company or personal trainer, everything is completely customized to ME and that makes all the difference. I'm already set up to take a few of her semi private gym sessions with some of my friends, and we can't wait. Thank you Paige for all your hard work!

After I gave birth to my son in September my weight was the highest it has ever been at a scale tipping 215 pounds. The weight just wouldn't come off even though I was eating healthy and exercising at my local gym. Then in December I heard about first paige fitness and the byob (bring your baby program). I thought why not give it a shot. I have to say I am beyond thrilled with the program. Paige is an outstanding trainer and gives me motivation when I thought I couldn't go on. The interaction with other moms and their babies is such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere and has created life long friendships. Being a new mom it is impossible to find time for yourself and that is why the byob program is a perfect fit for new mommies. The locations are gorgeous and I still get to spend quality time with my little one, while improving my overall health and well being. Without paige and the BYOB program,I don't know where I would be health and fitness wise. I am happy to say that I am now down to 148 pounds and in the best shape of my life.
