Attempted to go to a 5 o'clock session. Looked on their website for a schedule.
Showed up 15 minutes before the session and the woman at the front desk informed me that they cancelled the class. She was rude and inconsiderate in her tone.
They crank up the heat here more than other core power studios. It's the best one I've been to. People have strong practices here which creates awesome energy.

It's a franchise, but you couldn't tell it wasn't cared for like a company store.
nice high ceilings, greeters are very nice. Rack of stuff you can buy in the front, with a nice little waiting area. You can borrow a lock by giving them your id. Water is $2, mats are $1, towels are $1. 2 bathrooms upstairs, and locker rooms are downstairs. everything was stocked very well. I do think all CPY should really redo the actual showers though. Lockers are standard kind, all shampoo, etc, full, class was great, but always varies based on instructor.
This is a branded experience that never disappoints me, and SB branch is no different. Only thing is I'm not from the area, so I didn't know it's in a courtyard. I was a little lost looking for it, but once I saw the sign under the arch, i was like OH!.
I love this place!! Everyone is so nice and helpful... The classes are amazing and I thoroughly enjoy them. I have not picked a favorite yet... I have just joined and I am enjoying all of it!!
Excellent class I was able to try on the free week deal. It was packed for 6 am but a great workout and super chill vibe. I sweat like crazy and would totally try to go back.
Core power has become completely commercialized. The yoga teachers have zero clue about proper form nor do they know anything about yoga. Don't go here if you don't want to get injured. I'll be switching to a real yoga studio.
Impressive facility and place to get a sweat on. This corporatized yoga chain sells a strong image and lacks authenticity in the instructor and front desk welcome. Class was full, then 1/3 of the students rolled their mats up and left before savasana (which lasted maybe one minute)!
