I began training with Mikki 8 months ago. A friend recommended Mikki to me because she thought that I would enjoy fitness training with her. She was right! My primary goals have been strength training, balance, range of motion, and learning how to attain comprehensive, overall fitness. Moreover, I wanted to increase my level of fitness and understand how to maintain it. Mikki has already helped me make progress on my personal goals. We have worked together on what exercises I can do at home and while traveling. She also works with your diet. I was already gluten-free, and she urged me into a paleo diet, which I have adopted happily. Her approach is totally comprehensive. I look forward to every training session! I wholeheartedly recommend her!
