This place is a hidden gem! Love the pilates classes. The atmosphere is wonderful and teachers are great! Currently taking the prenatal pilates class and love it!

Aligned is simply the best! Juliana is extremely knowledgable, precise and encouraging. I had a knee replacement 4 weeks ago and came to Juliana instead of taking the traditional path of physical therapy. The difference is amazing! In these few weeks, I've developed balance and endurance as I've regained my range of motion. Now, I'm wonderfully flexible and can walk smoothly. The Aligned Pilates workout is exceptional!

Aligned is simply the best! Juliana is extremely knowledgable, precise and encouraging.
