This is really nice place work out. Everything is perfect, except that mans dry sauna room. smells so bad, it is not healthy. I can not breath in it. Please clean the sauna room with chrolox once in a while.
Good place to work out , however they're closing the doors on 3/15/19.

This location is scheduled to close on March 15, 2019. Not all of the drinking fountains are cold and some of the headphone jacks on the aerobic machines don't work well. Usually a low key environment, I'll miss parts of it.
Good place to work out. Nice open space. Not too crowded. Wish it had a steam room. Overall one of the nicest LA fitness gyms in the area.
Amenities are great, but customer service is only limited to sign-ups, and maybe personal training.
Clean gym. I usually visit weekend mornings and it's not too busy. Front staff could be friendlier, but that's okay.

The gym is small so if you come on monday and tuesday evening, expect to wait for the machines you plan to use.
The worst part is at the lifting section. People use the weights and leave them everywhere. No employee is positioned to keep track of these. Countless time have we not been able to find the weight we need and ended up giving up.
This is my new go to LA fitness. I like how they open @ 430am very convenient and also not crowded at in the early morning!
Very disorganized, weights were not in there correct place. I had to constantly search for certain weight plates. Also people had bags all over the floor blocking the way for people to walk. They need to maintain this place a lot better. I understand not everything is going to be in the correct place but the least the staff can do is keep the place more tight. I have been to other LA fitness gyms and none have been so unorganized as this one. I expect a little more from LA fitness compared to other gyms.

One of the better locations in orange county. This and the Mission Viejo locations are very clean with well kept pools. Parking is in a structure so you have to remember to get it validated before you leave. Friendly staff and always very clean.

I can't believe this service. The guy at the front was terribly rude and so impolite as if I was selling something. I went in just to find more info about their gym and maybe an application to work. What a *****.
Just visited today and saw the new remodel results. WOW. The locker room is amazing - what a terrific upgrade!!! Seriously, very impressed with the upgrade in every way. So great to see the owner investing in such a grand way. Well done!!! Read less.

This place is dirty and but has nice cleaning staff
The equipment is well-maintained, staff are professional and friendly, place is kept clean.
Mostly quiet. Free parking. Stinky humid bathrooms.
A bit crowded during prime time. ....they keep facilities nice n clean
Good overall gym that has everything I need. Compared to most gyms I've been to in the area this one is very clean especially in the locker room area. I see the attendant gettin' down and dirty scrubbing tiles, cleaning empty lockers etc every time I'm there. Good dude and friendly with members.
If I could give this review 0 stars I would. First off, I came in to try out this gym with a free 3 day pass. I was greeted by a man by the name of Giovanni who said he wanted to speak with me and it would only be 10-15 minutes of my time. That was a lie.. it turned into a 45 minute discussion with me and the two people I was with getting up and leaving.
The first red flag was when Giovanni asked me and the 2 people I was with what we do and that he would not tell us how to do our jobs. He also bragged about all these sales he's made in just a day..Second off, when we were on the tour, I told Giovanni we had appointments to be at and that we don't have much time for this. So he ended the tour and we walked back to his desk. At his desk he showed us some slides and wanted us to buy a gym membership right then and there. Myself and the two others who I came with declined stating we were trying out different gyms to see which one fit us best and we would need to try out this gym as well to see if it felt like a good fit. Apparently Giovanni didn't listen and asked us a couple minutes later what he could do to get us to sign up TODAY. We declined again saying we have to try it before we buy it. So then he brushed that off and started to get a bit unreasonable. He said he would keep our drivers license while we workout and follow up with him once we were done. I told him I was not comfortable with him keeping my drivers license and the two people that were with me weren't comfortable with that either. This is when things really flipped. Giovanni started to insult us and stated that he needed our IDs to put us in the system for a FREE 3 DAY TRIAL? Okay??? So he put one of my male friends in the system then moved on to me and after entering my info he wanted to take my picture. I was not comfortable with that and the fact that he didn't take my male friends picture when he was Inputted. This was enough for me and I was very uncomfortable. Me and the two people I was with ended up walking out and leaving. While we were headed for the door I heard Giovanni in the background say " unbelievable..I can't believe they did that.."
Note to Giovanni- please go get some lessons on how to sell a service to someone. Being aggressive, insulting, and rude isn't going to get you there. I wish I would have asked for Giovanni's manager.... unbelievable to you to Giovanni. Not sure how you got your job.
This location is Cleaner than most, helpful and friendly staff I love David, and they have a very handsome staff not to mention helpful.
Pretty good gym a little smaller than the one I usually go to but just about everything was available and was able to finish my workout in quick succession.
It's one of the best gyms I've been to it has a good basketball court and the equipment is in good condition.
