Very nice training place for rotational sports. Charlie and Randy are class acts. Hopefully they will be back soon.
Flew out from TN to spend a week doing motion capture analysis and train with these guys. Best money we have spent maybe ever for my sons pitching. They care more about preventing injury than anyone we've ever worked with and by the end of the week we already saw a huge improvement in his mechanics and velocity. We'll be back!
Both of our sons have been seeing Randy for about 3 years from high school to college. This facility has everything my boys need to succeed. Great equipment and top of the line coaching. Randy along with the RAC facility has everything young athletes need, experience, patience and knowledge that is very extensive . We have seen both our boys develope and grow as pitchers. Fantastic pitching & experience for my Son Adam. Randy & Charlie have taught him about nutrition, commitment, strength & condtioning, mound composure & situational approach. The most important value is proper technique & eliminating & avoiding injuries. Adam started here throwing 65mph & is currently @ 83/84 mph. Adam is 17 going to be a Senior last season he made Orange County 1st Team Honorable Mention & Pitcher of the Year. Adam has been working with MPA West for the past 3 &1/2 years.

My first time walking into the RAC performance I was struggling to make my high school varsity volleyball team. After some time and a lot of hard work I was able to make the starting line up and receive first team all American for my team. Today I know compete on the AVP your as the youngest defender. I would not be able to achieve the success I've had without this program and team. I recommend it to anyone that is looking to improve their sport And take the next step.
