I first began to go and sit with Ram Das Bir Singh Khalsa several years ago.
I had experienced a great deal of hatha and other yoga 'styles' prior to that, and knew immediately in the middle of my first class with him that I had found the REAL DEAL.
I was home. For a measly 13 bucks I not only received the most tranformative and yet gentle adjustment to my whole life in a good way (no joke) but also was served amazing soup and tea and fruit and cookies afterward. Worth every penny and second of time.
