Very calm, most of the time its not as full as other gyms, mostly cardio, but a good place to start your fitness journey

The worst planet fitness I have ever visited. This one doesn't even honor the same black card perks as other planet fitness locations. On top of that look at the photo, it's so much of a problem with trash in the urinals; there is a sign and trash can. Above the urinals it says "no trash in the urinals". There isn't even a changing room in the men's locker room. By far and away the cheapest, dirtiest, and lowest quality planet fitness in LA. It's like this planet fitness was an illegal franchise and hasn't been caught yet. I'm sure there are dozens of things I missed and it gets worse.

I have been coming to this gym for about a year and the guy that works graveyard is such an awesome dude greets you on your way in and out. Always with a smile answers any questions and very friendly guy always on top of stuff...

I enjoy going to this gym i go in the early am.Ivan has great customer service he always greets everyone with a smile answers any questions you might have the gym looks nice when he works planet fitness should be proud to have him as a employee

I've totally experienced better! This place is not as big as I imagined. Their classrooms are open for the rest of the gym to see, very distracting, and I don't really need creepers staring through the window while I get my sweat on. Odd weekend hours. And super pricey. Total rip off.

Horrible customer service. Not at all what their website claims to be. Did not receive any greetings by the staff, no tour of the facility when I joined, and no t-shirt. The worse was the trainer. Never had a straight answer about the training classes offered. The trainer, I believe his name is Alex, looked annoyed and bothered when I asked him. The second time I went I was standing in line at check up and not once did he offer me any service; not even a single greeting and I was the only one at check up stand. I canceled my service due the horrible customer service by the trainer.

II'm trying to call its 10:19am and no one is answering. It goes to the fax machine. I needed to make sure our membership got cancelled since we never got an email. We went a month ago and the girl said that we would be getting an email about our cancellation and we never got one. They should at least answer.

I've been a member for 4 years and never had a compliant until today. Honestly this location has the potential to be a great gym, just hire a competent trainer. She doesn't know what she's doing in regards to training members. She's only concerned about flirting and meeting up after work.

Good gym for the perfect price. Unlike other gyms, this planet fitness has more variety of thing to work out on.

Good luck using Amy dumbbells as people hog several sets at their bench and never put them back. I'm still giving six stars because the staff is so awesome and nice. Really clean place and lots of machines. But still the dumbbell thing gets old.
