Great clean gym. Not too busy during mid mornings.
Megan was very welcoming and helpful with signing me up to the gym. I was surprised with all the services they offer and highly recommend.
The weight machines are pretty available. They have a large indoor pool and jacuzzi. Best to go at off-peak times because the pool and jacuzzi can get pretty busy.
Parking: sufficient parking outside
Pool: water quantity is concerned
Safety: can I blame the gym for losing a pair of shoes in the locker room? And the front desk barely did nothing helpful.
Group class: some tutor like to turn the music really loud like you are deaf.

Gym is pretty typical LA Fitness. The day I went though, the men's locker room was a total mess. Really disgusting with used paper towels all over the floors, trash cans overflowing, and showers that didn't have soap look like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. staff wasn't real friendly. The girl who checked me in couldn't even look up from her phone long enough to scan my barcode.

As of this posting the equipment at this gym is brand new and clean. Good upgrade from before. What the place needs though is a a cleaning staff. Not a better cleaning staff, just one at all. The men's locker room is a mess every time I go. There is water tracked all over the main locker room floor from the showers. There should be a mat for the whole area outside the sauna and showers but there is not. This is a slip and fall lawsuit waiting to happen. I would utilize the juice bar but it's never open when I'm there.

They remodeled the place and have a lot of new and better exercise machines now.
Pool is very nice, naturally lit. Steam room is great, clean and fresh myst. Jacuzzi full of foam it deserves staff attention. Locker floor somewhat muddy can potentially pose a fall hazard, should be mopped more often. Other than that, a great place!

There are weights to lift and lockers to put my stuff in... no complaints there. However, it wouldn't be my first choice if there was another in a location as convenient as this one.
This gyms decent. I have no complaints. I don't come to see the staff. I come to use the weights and basketball court and it works for me.

Okay this place leaks when it rains ....I found about 3 leaks not cool. I was gona play ball but there was a leak on the court. Another leak on the bench press. They need to get that fixed right away someone could hurt themselves.

Hey they got new equipment finally!
This gyms decent. I have no complaints. I don't come to see the staff. I come to use the weights and basketball court and it works for me.

Yup, worst gym ever!!! I frequent maybe 5 different locations across two counties to commute to work. Someone needs to call the health department on this location for an inspection. I highly doubt it's up to code. The clientele does not have any gym etiquette on how to rerack the weights.
First time at this location, was greeted at the front door by a Maureen. First time I actually got a sincere welcoming and smile from a employee at a gym. She then started a convo about what I was doing today and wished me luck. Appreciated the warm welcome!

The place is a joke. You wipe your equipment with hand sanitizer and the place is filthy. The sales person forgot who I was 2 days after the initial contact. He also tried to con me saying there's a 4 month contract with a payment of the first and last month... But it ended up being 6 months ago I do not get why he didn't say 6 month contract instead of that verbiage... It was so shady I didn't bother to sign up for a membership here. Highly not recommended.
Gym is very dirty. No one cares about keeping this place clean, including the staffs. Many unconsidered people come to this gym. Asking the staffs to put the sign "Please keep the gym clean" or "Clean up after yourself", but it has been ignored. It is getting worse day by day.
I only go to play ball and the basketball better then the Tustin one
A horrible establishment. I enjoy LA fitness and I'll pay more to have the better service and equipment but this one is by far the worst I've been to. Half the weights are off the rack or not even in the correct place and the equipment is old and unkept. I believe part of the blame is on those who come here and aren't held accountable for putting the equipment where it should be after finishing. I even witnessed a guy completely ignore the wet paint signs and continued to use the weight bench. It seems that literacy might be the cause for all this dilemma.
Horrible service! Do not recommend at all! There is never anybody at the little snack smoothie bar they have to service. On top of that all equipment is either old or broken. Who runs this gym ?
The employees suck. I used to go to this gym and the only thing I liked about it was the basketball court. Their free weight section is ridiculously small and when it comes to busy hours it's almost impossible to get a bench. their dumbbells are so limited that people ask for your weight while you're using them. They have a lot of machines but they're old and outdated. I go to a better gym now. The gym I go to costs me 19 dollars a month while this gym cost me 40 dollars a month.
Earlier my friend invited my to go there and he was planning to bring me in as his guest. but they didn't let me because I use to go to this gym and I had to wait for 6 months so he can bring me in again. It sucked because compared to other gyms all you have to do is out your info into their computer then you're guest is free to go. this gym was just not worth the money. it's a great gym because of its area but it's not worth paying 40 bucks a month
