This is good gym but they will make it hard for you to cancel your membership and will trying to get as much money from you as they can. That being said, I ended up talking to a manager who was really sweet and helpful and helped me properly cancel without being overcharged.
Inexpensive, small community of regulars! Nice to see friendly faces!
One of the best gyms in the tri city area. Awesome staff and trainers. Awesome equipment and rules. Planet fitness is lame.

Love the gym! The variety of their clients, all ages, shapes, & walks of life make anybody fit in with no shame. I'm there on a 14 day pass. I was a little disappointed that the staff (manager) appeared to be very disinterested in a possible new member. He pointed to the wet massage area. He didn't walk me around & explain the workout areas, location of the rest rooms, shower area... When asked about memberships he was very aloof & almost seemed bothered. It was not busy at the time so I was a bit confused... I thought the gym pass was to help recruit new members?

Great equipment but super crowded
Not overly crowded, which I thought would be an issue because it's not a real big gym. Cleaner than other gyms I've went to and were way more expensive. Overall , I am very satisfied.

Great gym with many great courses! Zumba makes so much fun at this place! The staff is very friendly and the instructors are great. Makes every workout fun.

Been to a lot of different gyms over the years, and this one is by far superior. Extremely clean throughout the entire facility. All the equipment is practically brand new. Front desk is friendly. Sanitizer stations on all ends of the gym. Well-worth a 5 star rating for sure.

The gym itself is great but do not fall for the no contract bs. It might be cheap (10 per month) but if you decide to no go anymore, the payments keep getting charged and if you stop the payments, they send it to collections, so think twice before falling for the whole no contract ads.
I've been working out here for a good amount of time with my wife. We've never gotten any skin disease or any injuries due to equipment. We've definitely made ourselves sore. Kick their own butts. And left a little bit of sweat. Don't worry we wiped it up. Love the buddy system.
Basic gym with most machines and wieghts available to you. Free lockers and showers and the showers have doors! Which is always good... It has a friendly atmosphere the staff is usually happy. The equipment is getting old and broken but it doesn't matter people come here for the 10$ a month.
Could use a little more diversity in their equipment. The two bench presses are a bit crowded. Otherwise clean and a great deal.
