Simple gym. Lately many machines have been out of order which can be frustrating. The staff is very nice and the gym is immaculate. The staff is constantly cleaning machines. The locker room has showers and is private.
First time at a gym in a long time. Had a great time .
Great place to get a great workout In
Professor is great. People that work here is awesome. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves during their workout 20 min limit during peak times on equipment. One stairmaster, but pretty much on the standard needs for a workout. I love it.
