This is a beautiful studio, highly recommend a visit if you like heated yoga.. I attended a workshop here and was impressed by the facility; lockers are available, showers, they even had bags available for sweaty laundry post practice.... more
Great studio with beautiful mirrors and hardwood floor, the teachers are all different and very engaged, excellent. Gets sometimes a little packed, but nice atmosphere!. We were traveling in SF last weekend and dropped in for a class.... more

I love Iyengar Yoga! I love the high level of instruction to be had at The Institute! Soooo many good teachers, try and study with them all! Athena Pappas, Brian Hogencamp, Jackie Nett, Kathy Alief, Sachiko Willis, etc, etc!! I also especially love coming to workshops! I live in Oakland now so I take classes at Adeline but I always come when I can for the workshops! 3 hours of detailed instructions.... more
I have been a member since 2012, I have had the best yoga teachers who inspire me. The yoga studio is well-maintained, plenty of light, and zen-like atmosphere. What keeps me coming are the Bikram and the Inferno Pilates classes.... more

This studio is so welcoming and inviting, and the instructors take immense pride in their work. The ambiance is very zen and warm, and there are so many classes to choose from. Restorative classes are there for the days you just need to stretch and relax, and power classes are there for the days you want to work.... more

Tried the 10 day trial- I've been doing Hot yoga for over a year at another studio. It was cheap enough that it was worth a shot. I was pretty disappointed Pros: -they provide towels and mats, but they also don't let you use your own if you want to.... more
The Good: - Most instructors are great and friendly. - Great workout. This is frankly what makes me go back here. - Unlimited yoga. The Bad: - Prices have been constantly increasing and if you don't go regularly, it's a huge waste of money for subscriptions.... more

Highest quality Bikram and Pilates classes and instructors in town! The large studio is surrounded with windows. It is bright and clean. I have been going to this studio since the day it opened 22 years ago.... more
