This is a beautiful studio, highly recommend a visit if you like heated yoga.. I attended a workshop here and was impressed by the facility; lockers are available, showers, they even had bags available for sweaty laundry post practice.... more
Great studio with beautiful mirrors and hardwood floor, the teachers are all different and very engaged, excellent. Gets sometimes a little packed, but nice atmosphere!. We were traveling in SF last weekend and dropped in for a class.... more

Just love this place! Mimi and Moniker's classes in particular are awesome - a great mix of classes available. The studio is beautiful and having just moved to SF, giggling yoga has really kept me sane in this period between jobs!.... more
Good experience and nice staff. They were able to accommodate for a pretty big class. I enjoyed the hatha with the instructor being very detailed on the process and flow. Place is located away from allot of the noise that comes from the Mission.... more

I love Iyengar Yoga! I love the high level of instruction to be had at The Institute! Soooo many good teachers, try and study with them all! Athena Pappas, Brian Hogencamp, Jackie Nett, Kathy Alief, Sachiko Willis, etc, etc!! I also especially love coming to workshops! I live in Oakland now so I take classes at Adeline but I always come when I can for the workshops! 3 hours of detailed instructions.... more
I've enjoyed all the sessions I've attended there. This session for NYE was excellent!. Def OK? Tried various instructors and methods, and the class was either very long and went on for some time with no break and solid time standing , and then instructors just breezed through the classes which again is good what seems to be for the class for all those who attend, besides me.... more

I have been a member since 2012, I have had the best yoga teachers who inspire me. The yoga studio is well-maintained, plenty of light, and zen-like atmosphere. What keeps me coming are the Bikram and the Inferno Pilates classes.... more

This studio is one of the most beautiful and serene studios I have ever been to. High ceilings, lots of natural light, bamboo floors, trees surrounding the deck...and tea for everyone! The studio offers many different styles of yoga, the classes are mindful, alignment based, and you will progress in your practice by honoring you body.... more

This studio is so welcoming and inviting, and the instructors take immense pride in their work. The ambiance is very zen and warm, and there are so many classes to choose from. Restorative classes are there for the days you just need to stretch and relax, and power classes are there for the days you want to work.... more

Tried the 10 day trial- I've been doing Hot yoga for over a year at another studio. It was cheap enough that it was worth a shot. I was pretty disappointed Pros: -they provide towels and mats, but they also don't let you use your own if you want to.... more
