This studio is one of the most beautiful and serene studios I have ever been to. High ceilings, lots of natural light, bamboo floors, trees surrounding the deck...and tea for everyone! This studio is so welcoming and inviting, and the instructors take immense pride in their work. The ambiance is very zen and warm, and there are so many classes to choose from. Restorative classes are there for the days you just need to stretch and relax, and power classes are there for the days you want to work.... more

Tried the 10 day trial- I've been doing Hot yoga for over a year at another studio. It was cheap enough that it was worth a shot. I was pretty disappointed Pros: -they provide towels and mats, but they also don't let you use your own if you want to.... more
The Good: - Most instructors are great and friendly. - Great workout. This is frankly what makes me go back here. - Unlimited yoga. The Bad: - Prices have been constantly increasing and if you don't go regularly, it's a huge waste of money for subscriptions.... more
I love their design and the location by the water. It's interesting how they're able to fit a lot of things here. I hate that they don't provide towels for the showers though. There's also no lockers, meaning people can steal your stuff while you shower.... more

Best place to buy a cushion in the Bay Area or anywhere else for that matter They are made in the SF Bay area have Crescent Zafus for older men and if you get a custom made one they can make you a very beautiful cushion Do something nice for your butt.... more
