I've been going to Body Mechanix and getting trained by Jon for a few months now and I couldn't be happier with my experience!
I've always been on the weaker side, even with taking Pilates and yoga every week, so I decided to finally start working with a trainer. I was recommended to Jon by someone at my Pilates studio, and was able to come in for a consultation almost immediately. Jon is super friendly, easy to talk to (and for some of us weight and physical issues are hard to talk about), and super motivating! I was shocked to learn that just one hour a week with a Jon was enough to actually build my strength up, and it really has! For the first time I actually feel stronger, better balanced and with Jon's nutritional advice, more educated and motivated with my diet. The gym is in a great location (I've never had trouble finding parking), and everyone I've encountered at the gym (trainer or other clients) has been incredibly nice. I'm definitely the type of person that hates to work out in front of other people, but I have to say I've never felt crowded or uncomfortable in the slightest.
