I needed immediate personal training for my elderly father who is recovering from numerous injuries sustained over a year ago, for which physical therapy had reached it's limit. Dads motivation was high but without proper instruction and guidance, we feared him being injured by his own drive. Fortunately, Zain was able to guide his ambitions and provide him with some coaching which not only pushed his limits but also kept him within a reasonable recovery pace. He felt stronger and more flexible after only 2 weeks of training. This is definitely the way to go. We did at-home training, but in the near future, will move to the CrossFit 415 facility.
