Came here on first Friday beginner workout on invitation from my friend
First class is free if you come on a Friday morning! No commitment required, just sign a waiver.
This particular workout was primarily deadlifts and I had concerns due to previous poor form on deadlifts. Noted to coach Cam who helped me work on form, provided helpful cues, and motivation and reinforcement when I was doing it right. Never felt so great doing 100 deadlifts (even at lighter weights)
Energy was awesome and music choice was spot on with a rise at the end to give you a small bump in energy.
Would recommend for anyone looking at getting in to cross fit and trying it out! Kudos to the team that created this environment.
