This space is always evolving. The yoga studio is good sized and bright, the massage room is basic but also big and bright. The chiropractic is consistent with Dr. Jones doing her magic and offering new ways to relieve stress.
I have been regularly going to Moksha's 7:40pm Wed class for the last 6 months and love it. It is convenient to my office and the vinyasa/restorative yoga is exactly what I need to get through "hump day."
I had back surgery several years ago. It addressed many of my issues but I was told that I would always have low back pain. I thought I could live with it then I was referred by my daughter to Dr. Gwen Jones. It took several sessions, but the pain is no longer chronic! I am working on other health issues with her and hope for the best.
I can only speak to the Entrainment Sessions, but the other practioners in the Studio that I've encountered (yoga, massage) are all lovely.
I have been attending yoga class at Moksha for several years. They have excellent instructors and a great space that feels like an oasis in the middle of FiDi.
I have been to Moksha a few times now for both vinyasa classes and entrainment sessions. I really enjoyed Angela's vinyasa class but was not thrilled with the lack of flow of Sam's class. The entrainment sessions are awesome and I go back to work feeling very relaxed. Wish they had showers available.
