Good location for a drop in. Arrogant coaching and negative experience overall. I was told if I bought a shirt then drop in fee would be waived. After a charged showed up for the shirt and drop in, I reached out to see fee could be reversed and the manager went on tirade. I was asked to provide names and class attended, so he can reprimand employee. Very unprofessional as opposed to waiving the fee. If you're in the Bay Area and looking for a drop in, I would recommend NCFIT or San Francisco CF as it's a much better experience.
Disregard the owner and his fast charging response. No scam here, I have been dropping into CrossFit gyms for 7 years, Flagship - FiDi is the definition of unprofessional. This was absolutely an isolated incident as I have traveled all around the world and most gyms are very professional.
As CrossFit member of an affiliate, you have options. I will soon post emails from our correspondence, so you can see what type of person he is.
Meh. 300/month for bad programming and super crowded classes. Equipment is nice though.
Flagship is a top notch gym! I highly recommend to anyone new to the area or looking to switch gyms. The facilities are large, clean and have locker rooms which makes pre/post work workouts easy! The 3 locations are all awesome and convenient! Equipment is all top of the line and on top of that they always seem to be ordering new equipment too. The coaching staff is great, Zach S. in the mornings at FiDi is my personal fave.
Since joining 8 months ago, I have lost 20 pounds, but gained a ton of strength along the way. I've made some awesome friends and always feel welcome no mater what time or location I attend.
Great coaches, nice people. Mornings are the best!
Great coaching and very clean crossfit box. Perfect for dropping in
Love coming here every week. Instructors are great and daily WOD are diverse and challenging

I was in SFO for a couple of days and dropped by Flagship Crossfit and I had a great time! The people there and the coaches were very friendly. Their coaches know what they are talking about and their warm ups were really focussed on the movements of the day and activating the right muscle groups. I attended coach Lindsey La Dew and coach Zach Lemis class and all I can say is, it was GREAT! I will be sure to drop in the next time when I am in SFO.

The quality of the Olympic Weightlifting sessions I visited was good - the coaches knew what they were talking about and the equipment was on point! As a drop-in, I didnt' feel very welcome though. No community-vibe, no introduction and in one of the sessions the coach just seemed to continuously ignore that I was a drop-in (session was started with 'you know what to do, so let's go' etc. even though I introduced myself as being there for the first time). I guess it's a really nice place to go to if you're a regular member or if you just want to get your workout in, but if you look for a welcoming vibe, I wouldn't recommend this box.

My second home in San Francisco. Knowledgeable and patient coaches. They are understanding of limitations but push you to be better than you think you are.
The place was clean and professional-looking, with the equipment in top condition. Our coach was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only 4/5, though, because it definitely lacked a "community" vibe. Classes were full and back-to-back, and with the limited space (and with two classes running concurrently), it was not that welcoming.

Dropped in twice while visiting, and had a great experience. Clean facility with plenty of equipment. Classes do fill up so if you are dropping in make sure to sign up online to reserve a spot.
I'm new to CrossFit so the quality and care of coaching team was really important to me. Zach, Deb and all the team at Flagship have been great helping me to get going in a safe and sustainable way.
Was turned away at the door - ive been doing Crossfit, Military Athlete, was a games competitor and recently moved into town - based on their website: "In order to drop-in to our Performance classes you must have CrossFit style training experience. You must have taken a Fundamentals or On-Ramp course at another box, and have at least three months of recent training experience." --- so i signed up and they said I need to start in their "conditioning" class because "they do things differently here" . what a joke. WILL NEVER CONSIDER THIS GYM
Goood ambiance and cooperative coaches. I think if you set up your goal and discuss it with ur coach , you will definitely meet it. All coaches are comparatively good and cooperative but Zach is very enthusiastic. I love him for his dedication
Based on my drop in I'd have to agree with both other posters about the excellent quality of equipment and no introduction / community aspect. However the manager Victoria and 3 members I chatted to were super friendly, so perhaps you just need to be a regular member to get into the community. No issues with the mobility/warm up and down.
Great drop in experience - nice equipment, bathrooms/showers, knowledgeable and welcoming coaches.
The coaches here are friendly and very knowledgeable. The location is perfect if you work in the Financial District. They conviniently offer multiple classes through the day.
Dropped in while I was in town to the 8 am class and had a great time. Anyone complaining about a high drop in fee is forgetting they are in San Francisco and this gyms lease has to be expensive. You're not in Kansas anymore. Facility was clean and had great equipment. Coach was friendly and helpful. I'd recommend it.
