People who work here are rude.

I am a newbie to rowing and the instructor Robbie is so patient, technical and fun to learn from. He breaks it down and makes sure you follow along correctly. I had a great workout on my upper body, core and my legs/butt!

This is tugged inside Belden Lane so it might not be very obvious to people but I found it through ClassPass and really enjoys my classes here. If you want to try something different, rowing is a very good strength workout that will make you sweat!

This place is awesome. I dropped in a couple of times while I was here for work and really enjoyed the quality of coaching I received. I do crossfit primarily so I've been exposed to a little rowing, but not much from a technique point of view. I loved all the instructors I had, especially Johan ! The TechRow class was awesome!!

The RowClub offers great workouts that leave you feeling good. The instructors focus on technique and motivation, pushing you during each class. The community is welcoming and friendly. Whether you're an experienced rower or completely new to this, I recommend you give at least one class a try.

I like the fact that the Row Club instructors are very passionate about training students how to be fit and a structured technique to rowing fitness. All of the instructors have a keen insight and are pro rowers. Row Club is very local to The Financial District and has an easy scheduling calendar. If you want to be fit... try Row Club. It is a very good mix of people with very good quality row machines and work out routines.

I am not a gym person, but I don't mind fitness classes. I just discovered RowClub about 6 weeks ago and I'm in love. I've only taken Johan's classes, so I am not sure about any other instructors, but I'm told they are all great. Johan is always very welcoming, attentive & technical. I've never been on a rowing machine before, but 10 minutes in, I was very comfortable; tired, but comfortable. If you think that this class is just about you rowing for 45 mins, it's not. Johan mixes things up with different intervals, races, drills and floor exercises. You're never bored and leave feeling like you've accomplished a lot.

The gym itself is a bit small, but it has everything you need; a bathroom, towels, water, storage cubes, weights, foam rollers, mats and of course the row machines. Since the gym is on the smaller side, classes are small. This has good points and bad. I like smaller classes because then I get more feedback. However, I've missed a class due to it reaching capacity.

I do RowClub via ClassPass, so I am limited to the amount of classes a month. I like RowClub so much that I'm considering signing up as an actual remember in order to take more classes. If you've been thinking of trying a row class, please consider this gym, it'll get you hooked!
