Things you should know:
- it's a very fast paced class (and I love it)
- it is a serious workout, so don't get disappointed if your body doesn't allow you to get to a lot of poses
- it is dark in the room during class (i like it because you stop comparing yourself to others or to your own reflection)
- it's a bit cramped, but hey it has a perk of creating a super friendly atmosphere and you get to meet new and exciting people, after bumping into each other in the corridor!
Taking yoga here was like jazzercizing. Class was so fast paced, you couldn't ease into the poses. The room is dark so hard to see yourself or the teacher. Teacher also does not demo any of the poses. Facilities were cramped and packed to the brim with people. No thanks!
I love it, tight space but a fantastic staff and super convenient. Fast pace hot yoga work out, in and out in 50 minutes. It's perfect for me
Great class, great teachers, unique style and a really hard workout :) As other reviewers have mentioned this is a faster flow style class. If you're looking for super slow, easy yoga where you can nap during class, I would recommend you go somewhere that specializes in that. Otherwise, if you like your yoga class to be a solid workout like me, you will love this studio. Great attention to detail, amazing teachers, and they have showers which is super nice. All in all, this is a great studio well worth checking out. 10/10!!
It's just simply not yoga so don't go expecting that. If you want a boot camp style with club music it's ur jam. Also $30 for 50 min
Very fast-paced flow. The class was fine, but the facilities were cramped, messy, and left a lot to be desired. I was disappointed.

I have to say I was a little apprehensive when I first got there - however, if you like fast flow classes ACTUALLY to the beat of music, these are fantastic classes.
The upstairs space is really difficult to navigate since it's one very narrow long hallway. People leaving the bathrooms regularly open the door onto people using the lockers because of the width of the hallway so I would recommend changing before attending class. Then you follow a (rather dark) hallway and staircase down to a dark room for the hot yoga.
Temperature is fine - not bikram hot (which is too hot for me anyway) but most importantly, the yoga flow cases are not your typical vinyasa classes. They go fast, they go on the beat to the music, and you don't hold poses very long.
As long as you know and like that- it's a GREAT class - good workout with a really clear, fun instructor (with a nice voice) who keeps you on the beat (thanks Marissa!) and will correct poses. Not for beginners - you need to know what poses are because the pace is pretty fast and if you don't know the pose already, I would guess it is pretty frustrating.
Marketing while the class goes on is a turn off.
Instructor too fast to make any sense for new people.
Not a relaxing environment.

The class was a bit faster paced flow than I prefer but it was a good workout.
