As a "guys - guy" that has always considered himself more Steve McQueen than Steven Morrissey I was skeptical about Pilates to say the least. The doubts quickly vanished only a few minutes into my first session with Chaele. I discovered muscles I didn't know I had, finding myself immediately challenged and pushing myself to improve.

Chaele is patient and always has detailed instruction that not only explain what I am supposed to be doing but why I am doing it. She is clearly an expert but makes the workouts fun and easy to understand. When your done you'll have no doubt you've had a serious workout that will leave you anxious for another session.

I've been going to her twice a week for several months now and my overall core strength has significantly improved and I'm more flexible than I ever thought possible.

HIGHLY recommended.

I have been working with Chaele for just over year and the improvement in my stamina, posture, and strength has been remarkable - all while making a strenuous workout fun and interesting! Chaele knows just how to motivate with a blend of positive encouragement and a variety of activities that challenge.
