Zen Fit is a great workout! I love the blend of high intensity and restorative. All the movement prepares the mind for meditation. The vibes are awesome, highly recommend!

Amazing workout plus relaxation combo. I was there for a Bootcamp + yoga + mediation. Even hung around after, socialized. It's that nice and welcoming of a place!!

ZenFit kicked my ass last night. Full dynamic workout with weights, cardio and yoga. Mint tea with new-found friends at the end was the best part.
Would go again.
