Great store the staff there is really helpful
The ladies here always make this place a great experience. They have so much to choose from and very helpful and friendly.

Best selection and service of a soccer store. They don't make you feel awkward like many other soccer stores. Also, they have great prices and deals. Go to there!

I never usually write reviews for retail stores but while I was talking to an associate another worker just barged in without saying excuse me or anything to put back clothes on the bottom rack, nudging me legs with clothes hangers WITHOUT apologizing. I'm also a yoga teacher and as a yoga teacher you get 25% off discounts and I felt like the person who rang me up didn't believe that I was one because she asked me where I worked and what I teach in the most condescending tone. I out down 2 stars because Laura was really friendly and helpful.

Worst lululemon costumer service. The experience is so bad i took time to create a google account to post a review. The other reviewers are right the some of the girls that work here are rude and stuck up. Will never go back. Ugh!

I love Lululemon, but the girls that work here are incredibly rude, stuck-up, and unhelpful. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Walk a little farther to the Grant store and save yourself the dirty looks, crappy attitude, and sighs when you need help.

Little pricy, but I like lulu lemon!
Well I herd about Lululemon from my older college student and thought to take my wife to the store in the Westfield Mall in San Francisco. I am a country man whom is content in my Levies 501, boots and my Button shirt. I walk in the store and automatically look up and down by two team members and they walk away. As my wife came in the ladies continued to avoid us. My wife looked for her own outfit without any help. For the price they should reconsider how they treat their guest. Wife paid and we left I do not wish to ever go in to another Lululemon store ever.
They are so snooty and rude. They won't help you if you are a person of color. They blatantly refused to assist us find something. And then as soon as some white customers came through the door they went and helped them instead.
I had high expectations because I only knew the small Frankfurt store before. No sales assistance took care. Found nothing special.
Still don't understand how people pay so much for simple yoga pants, but I guess if it works? Athletic clothing for people with too much money
