Again, this review is about Alex's HIIT class on Wednesday and Friday. I had to take a break from the class because of a broken wrist and surgeries. The encouragement that Alex has given me about getting back to the class and not trying to do too much too soon has been appreciated. He's a true professional who cares about the people who join his classes!

I used to be a member of Todd Fitness Personal Training and took a few years off while pursuing other fitness endeavors. After hmming and hawing, I decided to rejoin in their remodeled facility. Karen made rejoining an easy, seamless process. Glad to be back.

I was looking around for a personal trainer and connected with Todd based on the great reviews on Yelp. Right from the start, Todd was extremely prompt with his communication and we were scheduled for a free assessment within a couple of days. He even set me up with a week-long pass to the gym

Todd used the assessment to understand my physical state, my flexibility, movement issues, etc by having me do a couple of reps of a host of exercises. At the end of the session, we discussed what a training plan would look like.

What I really liked about his training program was that he was willing to work around my constraints. I wanted to work with a trainer just once a week and he was willing to give me structure homework routines to do on my own on the other days. He also used MyFitnessPal to keep a track of diet and make suggestions. After the session, he was great about following up and answering any questions that I had.

Overall, I had a great experience with Todd and I would highly recommend considering him if you're in the market for a personal trainer.

I have been working with Todd for over a year now. Todd is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. His "tough love" approach holds me accountable. I am 49 years old and Todd understands how to set realistic (but ambitious) goals that reflect the fact that I am not 29. He also walks the walk. Workouts are always interesting and varied. I hate doing abs and legs and Todd has helped me to integrate those exercises into my workout in such a way that I enjoy them and see real progress. I highly recommend Todd!

I don't live near a gym, so Todd comes to me which is so great!! He changes up each workout and modifies exercises to keep from aggravating my shoulders and hips--areas I sometimes have issues with when doing certain kinds of exercise. He's motivating without being a drill sergeant, and has a good sense of humor. The 55 mins we spend together give me a great workout. He also emails exercises and stretches to do between sessions, as well as food recommendations and calorie targets.

Todd has been my personal trainer for 8 years. I started out in his former Gold's Gym boot camp class and moved on to 2:1 and 1:1 training with him. Couple training is a blast with him. Over the years he has kept me fit for running, skiing and the dance floor. He has also worked through both shoulder and back injuries with me, accelerating the healing process better than any physical therapist that I've seen; he's studying to become an Orthopedic exercise specialist. I would highly recommend him for all types of work out needs. He really puts the PERSONAL in Personal Trainer, meeting specific client needs and keeping the work outs fresh and exciting.

I have been a client of Todd's for the last few years. When I first started working out with Todd, I weighed 227lbs, had low self-esteem, bad eating habits and was extremely out of shape. With his expertise, professional, knowledge and kind demeanor, he has helped me lose close to 60lbs, instilled good eating habits, and has helped raise my self-esteem. He was extremely encouraging when I was feeling down about myself. His knowledge in nutrition helped me make healthier choices when eating out at restaurants, how to plan my meals for the week and what to snack on. I'm 47 years old and am in the best shape of my life.
