Took Bianca's 50-minute Latin Fusion dance class at YuBalance.
Studio is small with hardwood floors and mirror on one wall. There were 10 of us in the class, and we were able to space out and dance comfortably. Bathroom and small locker area are clean, with water dispenser (and Cheerios and nuts, though I'm not sure if those are for guests and/or staff). You can borrow a lock for $1. Staff is welcoming and friendly.
Bianca taught us a quick routine (~10 8-counts) which was a non-technical mix of samba and salsa steps, shimmies, body shaking, and other cardio goodies. It was a nice mix of choreography and deliberate cardio workout - though if you're looking to learn samba / salsa technique, this class won't do that for you. Bianca taught us in groups of 8- or 16-counts, which we practiced for most of the class, until we put everything together in the final minutes of the class.
Easy workout for beginners who want to get back into shape in a fun way. I sweat just slightly but never felt winded or tired. If you have a hard time keeping up with any choreography, Bianca may go quickly for you, but she went at a manageable pace for our class.
The studio is a bit far from me, but if I'm in the area again and have time to kill, I would come check out another class.
