I've taken five Restorative Yoga classes with Amiko and found them so restful and refreshing. The studio is welcoming, tidy and clean and the patrons are friendly. I look forward to renewing my Pass.

I have been to several classes with different teachers at Bernal Yoga and each has been wonderful in its own way. I have loved the teaching styles, the ambience and environment, and my fellow yogis have been so kind and welcoming! I highly recommend!

I'm only able to attend classes regularly on weekends, which is a bummer, but the teachers I've had are wonderful. The Saturday morning class with Jason tends to challenge me more physically, while the Sunday morning class with Katy challenges me more mentally. All in a good way. I recently started a regular yoga practice at another studio that I became very attached to, and it was difficult to make a switch to something, anything new. Bernal Yoga is a place I'm happy to call home.

I am new to the Yoga scene and was looking for a location that was close to where I live. Bernal Yoga is the first location I have tried and I like it. I sense the community that this space brings together. The ambiance is peaceful. The classes I have taken so far have been wonderful. I look forward to continuing my practice.

Great spot for yoga! I am new to yoga but friendly & kind people work here. I was worried I would be treated like a noob but they have been nothing but helpful & supportive.

I recently started taking yoga classes here after meeting the owner Savonn, with whom I felt instantly at ease with like you would a long-time friend. The studio itself has an open and welcoming vibe, with lots of natural light, plenty of clean props, and is nestled in a real gem of a neighborhood that amazingly always has parking!
Right away you get the sense of community not only from the staff and front desk greeters, but from among the clientele as well. A place where they really do know your name! The teachers are very mindful in their instruction and sequencing and lead classes from their authentic self in their own voice, often with a dash of humor, which is greatly appreciated. A good overall range of classes is offered - something here for everyone!

Love this studio! I signed up as a new member and had never done the Vinyasa style before and now I adore it. Jason has been my teacher for most of the classes I've tried and he is just fantastic! Definitely recommend this place! :)

I've enjoyed my time sampling classes at Bernal Yoga. Each teacher has a unique style, energy and perspective which makes for a better rounded studio. The community is warm and inviting with small time vibes in a big city.

A tasteful yet humble space. A nice contrast to some of the more commercialized studios in the city. Amazing teachers. Always feel better walking out of there.
