This studio is one of the most beautiful and serene studios I have ever been to. High ceilings, lots of natural light, bamboo floors, trees surrounding the deck...and tea for everyone! The studio offers many different styles of yoga, the classes are mindful, alignment based, and you will progress in your practice by honoring you body.

Things change. This island of serenity in the Sargasso Sea of broken lives of 16th Street Mission has a new name: my sf yoga. the beautiful studio space is now adorned with mandalas on the right and left walls. When you do your twists, you'll be looking right at them with your eyes half closed. Small class sizes mean you get the attention you need. If you want yoga disco, yoga kickboxing or yoga cardio, then go to the gym instead. If you want spirit-lifting restorative yoga, come here.

MYSF yoga really is a super sweet oasis in the heart of the mission! It is a gem of a space that is open and airy with lots of light and peaceful calming energy flowing through. The teachers are very knowledgeable and approachable. Being an anusara based studio you will learn things about alignment that you may have never learned in a vinyasa or flow class that will enhance your practice. I am so grateful that I got brought into the community and get to practice and spend time at this studio.
