Pros: donation based, none are turned away for lack of funds. Good class schedule. Big studio with lots of light. Close to BART. Cons: There is not much detail spent on proper alignment cues, on individual needs (I have noticed many people doing poses that were not suited for them), I have also been injured by a couple of unsafe transitions between poses, the loud vibrational breathing cues sound very sexual (and are not part of classical yoga), talking through savasana, and I have had teachers no-show before. - With that said, I do come here quite often and enjoy modifying the practices to suit my needs. I really appreciate that there is a space for people to come and experience the taste of yoga.
