Dropped in during open gym a couple of times over a weekend in town on business. Super accommodating and a great space. Very friendly staff made me feel right at home. Will definitely come back on future visits.
I got pretty seriously injured here. Maybe just a reflection of CrossFit vs this specific gym. People and community were solid.
We did a drop in session whilst visiting SF fior a holiday.
Made to feel really welcome by the coach and the other members, there was very friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
Coach was great and made sure lifting was done with good form.

Not a lot of gyms in the area let you stick to your own program when traveling, but Danielle who owns the gym, and Ryan (one of the coaches) were extremely friendly, and welcoming. When I visit San Francisco again I'll definitely be returning.
