It's a good gym for folks not interested in hitting the free weights super hard. They do have a few racks of dumbbell and benches, but they are emphasizing their role as a "wellness center" over a traditional gym. I don't use a personal trainer, or attend classes, but they've definitely got both. Never seems to be crazy busy either. Also, due to the lack of a huge free weight setup, this place is largely void of super hardcore bodybuilders (which may or may not appeal to you).
