Did a drop in level 2/3 class with Steve during my stop in SF and totally fell in love with the rocket flow. Highly recommend for ashtanga practitioners to stop by. Nice simple space and beautiful people running it. I wish I had time to try more classes here. Next time!

Love this studio. For me, it's a continuation of It's Yoga, which was founded by Larry Schultz who created the Rocket series- what they teach at Asta. If you want to get in shape and have an authentic yoga experience, go to Asta. All of their teachers are great!
